Welcome to Bali Go Tours. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tours, private transportation, airport transfers, activities, excursions, and other travel services booked through www.baligotours.com, WhatsApp, email, or any other official booking channel operated by Bali Go Tours.

By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Booking & Reservation

  1. A booking request can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels.
  2. A booking is considered confirmed only after:
    - availability has been confirmed by Bali Go Tours; and
    - the required deposit or full payment has been received, where applicable.
  3. A booking confirmation will normally include the tour date, number of guests, itinerary or activity, meeting/pick-up location, price, payment status, and relevant inclusions.
  4. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.
  5. Certain tours, activities, vehicles, restaurants, attractions, or third-party services may have limited availability and may require advance payment.

2. Prices

  1. Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time of booking.
  2. Unless specifically stated, prices are based on the number of guests, vehicle type, itinerary, and inclusions confirmed at the time of booking.
  3. Prices may vary depending on:
    - number of guests;
    - vehicle requirements;
    - itinerary changes;
    - high-season or special-period surcharges;
    - additional services requested by the guest; or
    - changes imposed by third-party suppliers.
  4. Any additional services or expenses requested after confirmation may be charged separately.
  5. Special rates, promotional prices, or seasonal offers may have separate terms.

3. Payment

Bali Go Tours may accept the following payment methods, subject to availability:

  • Cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card, where available
  1. A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
  3. A booking may be released or cancelled if the required payment is not received by the agreed deadline.
  4. Payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party payment charges may apply where applicable.
  5. Guests are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct.

4. Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the tour, activity, supplier, season, and booking conditions.

Unless a different cancellation policy is specifically stated in the booking confirmation, the following general policy applies:

  • More than 7 days before the tour: deposit may be refundable, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
  • 3–7 days before the tour: cancellation may incur a partial cancellation charge.
  • Less than 3 days before the tour: the booking may be non-refundable.
  • No-show: no refund will normally be provided.

Where a third-party activity, attraction, transportation provider, or supplier has stricter cancellation conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant service.

Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting non-refundable fees and costs already paid to third parties.

5. Rescheduling

  1. Guests may request to change their tour date, subject to availability.
  2. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
  3. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the service provider and how close the request is to the original tour date.
  4. Any difference in price resulting from the new date, itinerary, vehicle, or service must be paid by the guest.
  5. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

6. Cancellation or Changes by Bali Go Tours

Bali Go Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour when reasonably necessary due to:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • unsafe road or sea conditions;
  • government restrictions;
  • closure of tourist attractions;
  • operational or safety issues;
  • transportation disruption;
  • events beyond our reasonable control; or
  • other circumstances affecting the safe operation of the tour.

Where reasonably possible, Bali Go Tours will offer an alternative arrangement, alternative itinerary, rescheduled date, or applicable refund.

The solution will depend on the circumstances and on the refund policies of any third-party suppliers involved.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Bali has a tropical climate and weather conditions can change unexpectedly.

Certain outdoor activities may be affected by:

  • heavy rain;
  • storms;
  • strong winds;
  • rough seas;
  • flooding;
  • volcanic activity;
  • landslides;
  • earthquakes;
  • natural disasters; or
  • other environmental conditions.

In such circumstances, Bali Go Tours will prioritize guest safety and may modify or cancel part of an itinerary.

Where a tour or activity cannot operate due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to the applicable supplier and booking conditions.

8. Tour Itinerary & Changes

  1. We aim to follow the itinerary confirmed at the time of booking.
  2. However, itineraries may occasionally need to be adjusted because of traffic, weather, local ceremonies, road conditions, attraction closures, operational restrictions, or other circumstances.
  3. Bali Go Tours may suggest an alternative destination or route where necessary.
  4. Guests will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
  5. Minor itinerary adjustments do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.

Bali is a living destination, and local ceremonies, religious events, traffic, and weather may affect travel times.

9. Private Tours

Unless otherwise stated, Bali Go Tours private tours provide:

  • a private vehicle;
  • a dedicated driver;
  • an English-speaking driver/guide where specified; and
  • private transportation for the confirmed group.

Private tours do not normally include other unrelated guests.

10. Driver & Guide Services

Our drivers and guides are responsible for providing transportation, local assistance, and tour support according to the service booked.

Drivers are required to comply with Indonesian traffic laws and safety requirements.

Guests must follow reasonable instructions from the driver or guide, particularly regarding:

  • road safety;
  • vehicle safety;
  • meeting points;
  • departure times;
  • activity safety requirements; and
  • local regulations.

11. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  1. 1. Guests must provide an accurate pick-up location, hotel name, villa address, or meeting point.
    2. Guests should be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
    3. Delays caused by guests may affect the itinerary.
    4. If guests are significantly late, the tour may need to be shortened or adjusted without a refund.
    5. Additional waiting charges may apply where applicable.
    6. Bali Go Tours is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inaccurate information provided by guests.

12. Airport Transfers

For airport transfers:

  1. Guests should provide accurate flight details, arrival time, departure time, and contact information.
  2. Flight delays should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
  3. We will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight information where possible.
  4. Additional waiting or parking charges may apply in certain circumstances.
  5. Airport transfers are subject to airport access regulations and traffic conditions.

13. Activities & Adventure Tours

Some activities may involve physical activity or inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • rafting;
  • snorkeling;
  • diving;
  • trekking;
  • cycling;
  • ATV riding;
  • water sports;
  • hiking;
  • boat trips; and
  • other outdoor activities.

Guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the activity operator or guide.

Certain activities may have age, health, weight, swimming ability, or physical fitness requirements.

Bali Go Tours reserves the right to refuse participation where a guest is reasonably considered unable to safely participate in an activity.

14. Health & Medical Conditions

Guests are responsible for informing Bali Go Tours or the relevant activity operator of any condition that may affect their ability to participate safely.

This may include:

  • pregnancy;
  • heart conditions;
  • respiratory conditions;
  • mobility limitations;
  • recent injuries;
  • allergies;
  • serious medical conditions; or
  • other relevant health concerns.

Guests should seek appropriate medical advice before participating in physically demanding activities.

15. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • medical expenses;
  • accidents;
  • trip cancellation;
  • trip interruption;
  • lost or damaged baggage;
  • personal belongings;
  • emergency evacuation; and
  • activities included in the guest’s itinerary.

Bali Go Tours does not provide personal travel insurance unless expressly stated in writing.

16. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

Bali Go Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused directly by our proven negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Guests are advised to keep valuables, passports, money, electronic devices, and other important items secure.

17. Children & Minors

  1. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for children participating in tours and activities.
  2. Certain activities may have minimum age requirements.
  3. Child seats may be available upon request, subject to availability.
  4. Guests should inform us of the number and ages of children when making a booking.

18. Special Requests

Guests may request:

  • child seats;
  • specific pick-up times;
  • dietary requirements;
  • special occasions;
  • preferred destinations;
  • accessibility arrangements; or
  • other special services.

Special requests are subject to availability and should be communicated before booking.

A special request is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted by Bali Go Tours.

19. Meals & Dietary Requirements

Where meals are included, restaurants or meal locations may vary depending on the itinerary and availability.

Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary requirements should inform us before the tour.

Bali Go Tours cannot guarantee that food prepared by third-party restaurants will be completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

20. Entrance Fees & Third-Party Services

Where entrance fees are included, the inclusion will be stated in the relevant tour package or booking confirmation.

Third-party services may include:

  • tourist attractions;
  • restaurants;
  • boats;
  • activity operators;
  • parking facilities;
  • local guides;
  • entertainment providers; and
  • other tourism suppliers.

Third-party services are subject to their own operational and safety policies.

21. Local Laws, Customs & Culture

Guests are expected to respect Indonesian laws and Balinese customs and traditions.

Guests should behave respectfully at temples, religious sites, villages, tourist attractions, public places, and during local ceremonies.

Visitors to Bali are expected to respect local culture, traditions, religious sites, and community rules. Official tourism guidance also emphasizes appropriate behavior, respect for local customs, and compliance with local regulations. ([Visit Indonesia][1])

Guests may be refused service if their behavior is illegal, abusive, threatening, dangerous, or seriously disruptive.

22. Guest Conduct

Guests must not:

  • engage in illegal activities;
  • damage property;
  • threaten or abuse drivers, guides, staff, or other guests;
  • behave violently;
  • consume illegal substances;
  • deliberately create unsafe situations; or
  • seriously interfere with the operation of a tour.

Bali Go Tours may terminate a service immediately where a guest’s behavior creates a serious safety or operational concern.

No refund will normally be provided for services terminated due to serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

23. Alcohol & Illegal Substances

Guests must comply with Indonesian laws concerning alcohol, drugs, and other controlled substances.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Guests who are intoxicated to a degree that creates a safety risk may be refused participation in certain activities or transportation services.

24. Traffic & Travel Delays

Bali traffic can be unpredictable, particularly during:

  • peak tourist periods;
  • weekends;
  • public holidays;
  • ceremonies;
  • major events; and
  • peak commuting hours.

Travel times provided by Bali Go Tours are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Traffic delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

25. Photography & Personal Content

Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos during their experience, provided that doing so is safe and permitted at the relevant location.

Bali Go Tours may request permission to use guest photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content for marketing purposes.

No guest image or identifiable personal content will be intentionally used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

26. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on www.baligotours.com is accurate and current.

However, tour availability, prices, attraction opening hours, road conditions, weather, schedules, and third-party services may change.

Information on the website should therefore be considered general information until confirmed as part of a booking.

27. Website Booking Information

When submitting a booking request, guests are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • full name;
  • contact details;
  • tour date;
  • number of guests;
  • pick-up location;
  • accommodation details;
  • flight details, where applicable; and
  • relevant special requests.

Bali Go Tours is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the guest.

28. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  1. The refund will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation and supplier policies.
  2. Non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted.
  3. Payment processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
  4. Refund processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution.
  5. Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

29. Complaints

We encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if they experience a problem during their tour.

Where possible, complaints should be raised while the service is still in progress so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Complaints can be submitted through our official WhatsApp, email, or other official contact channels.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine complaints fairly.

30. Liability

Bali Go Tours will provide its services with reasonable care and professionalism.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Go Tours is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party services, weather, natural disasters, traffic, government restrictions, attraction closures, transportation disruption, or guest actions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

31. Third-Party Suppliers

Some services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Examples include:

  • restaurants;
  • boat operators;
  • activity providers;
  • attraction operators;
  • accommodation providers;
  • local guides; and
  • transportation providers.

Where a third-party service is included in a booking, its own terms, safety rules, cancellation policy, and operational requirements may also apply.

32. Changes to These Terms

Bali Go Tours may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, suppliers, or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on www.baligotours.com will apply to future bookings unless otherwise stated.

33. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process may be used for:

  • processing reservations;
  • communicating with guests;
  • arranging transportation;
  • coordinating activities;
  • processing payments;
  • providing customer support; and
  • complying with applicable legal requirements.

Bali Go Tours will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and Indonesian law.

34. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute should first be discussed in good faith between the guest and Bali Go Tours with the aim of reaching a reasonable resolution.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law.

35. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or participating in a tour or activity operated or arranged by Bali Go Tours, the guest acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to read and understand these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the applicable terms of their booking.

If a specific booking confirmation, tour package, or activity has additional terms, those specific terms will apply to that booking.
